00INTAT — Bright Habit Tracker

Privacy Policy.

A clear overview of how Bright Habit Tracker handles privacy. The core principle is simple: INTAT does not collect or retain personal data through normal use of the app.

Effective September 2, 2026 Bright Habit Tracker No personal data collected or retained
Privacy by default

Your routines stay yours.

This Privacy Policy applies to the Bright Habit Tracker mobile application and related services operated by INTAT (the “Service Provider”). Registration is not required, and the Service Provider does not collect, log, or retain personal information through normal use of the Application.

What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required.

If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted as part of ordinary network connectivity. The Service Provider does not retain this information or use it for tracking, profiling, advertising, or analytics.

No personal data is retained by INTAT through normal app use

Does the Application collect precise real-time location information?

No. Bright Habit Tracker does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.

Do third parties see or receive information obtained by the Application?

Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, the Service Provider does not share such data with third parties.

We do not keep personal data from normal app use.

The Service Provider does not collect or retain personal data on its servers through normal use of Bright Habit Tracker. Accordingly, there is no server-side personal data retention period for ordinary use of the Application.

Technical protocol data that may be transmitted as part of network communication is not retained by the Service Provider for tracking or profiling.

If you voluntarily contact INTAT by email or another direct communication channel, the information you choose to provide may be kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, comply with applicable legal obligations, or resolve a dispute. You may request deletion of such voluntarily provided information at any time.

There is no server-side app data to delete.

Because the Service Provider does not collect or retain personal data from normal use of Bright Habit Tracker, there is generally no personal app data stored by INTAT that requires deletion.

Uninstalling the Application removes the Application from your device. If the Application stores settings or user-created content locally on your device as part of its functionality, you can remove that local content by using the device’s app-data controls, any available reset feature in the Application, or by uninstalling the Application.

If you have voluntarily provided personal information to INTAT outside normal app use—for example, by contacting support—you may request deletion of that information by emailing support@intat.site.

What are my opt-out rights?

Because the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, there is no data-collection setting that you need to opt out of. You may stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it.

Children’s privacy

The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit personal data from children or market the Application to them.

Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, children’s personal data is not collected by the Service Provider through ordinary use of the Application. If a child voluntarily provides personal information through another channel, a parent or guardian should contact INTAT so that the information can be deleted where appropriate.

How do we approach security?

Because the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of personal data exposure from the Application is limited. However, no technical system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. The Service Provider applies reasonable safeguards to systems and to any information it may receive through direct communications.

What happens if a data breach occurs?

Since the Application does not collect or retain personal data through normal use, the risk of a breach affecting personal app data is minimal. If an incident affects personal information that you voluntarily provided to INTAT outside normal app use, the Service Provider will provide notifications when required by applicable law.

Updates to this Privacy Policy

The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material updates will be published on this page together with an updated effective date. Where applicable law requires consent for a material change, the Service Provider will seek that consent before the change takes effect.

Previous versions may be requested by contacting support@intat.site.
